Redefining The Digital Business Banking Experience

Working as a senior product designer on many of RBC's B2B products, concepting and executing new user experience in automating the digital business platform. The focus has been narrowed down to creating and designing new visual looks and feels for a responsive and client centric business banking platform in a client journey setting. The experience of having worked on different products within the business financial sector has allowed for a better understanding and need of business clients. Working in an agile environment I'm able to collaborate more with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to execute and deliver the highest valued product for our business clientele ranging from SMB owners to large corporations.

Challenge
Create a new business banking digital experience / dashboard for commercial and enterprise clients to interact with and have them convert on to this new platform from existing legacy RBC business Banking Tools.

Outcome
A MVP was launched 6 months after the incubation period. There is a solid collaboration and cadence with design, development/technology and business partners, making this a true agile initiative. Positive feedback from initial pilot clients and team is able to build upon foundation made from MVP.
